問題：
1. 麗珊卓的宗教想要寒霜之裔的小孩，而我們也知道那裡多數的人都是寒霜之裔，可是他們也會收留非寒霜之裔的小孩，這是為甚麼？這些小孩有其他的天賦嗎？像是他們有成為祭司或是寒冰法師的潛力？
2. 要是一個非寒霜之裔的母親帶著她未婚生下的孩子來尋求庇護，你認為她會被收留嗎？還是只有她的寒霜之裔孩子能被收留？
3. 努努說過他曾見過麗珊卓，你覺得是所有孩子都能見到她，還是只有那些她特別有興趣的孩子才能見到？

在我建立這個世界的設定時，我假設阿麗是來自弗雷爾卓德那種以孩子為中心的母系文化。雖然她正在以她的宗教勢力創造一些新的東西（一個新的宗教），但她的視野還是來自於這個社會之內。因此，她的動機、世界觀還有宗教都反映著這種文化，也同時反映著她那種某種程度上也算得上合理的充滿猜疑的心態。
一方面她的宗教有著不同於舊文化的規則、階級制度和秩序，但同時它也是建立在那種誓盟的文化和重視孩子高於一切的文化之上。
所以，沒錯，她創造了一個給孤兒和被遺棄的孩子的地方（而在努努的故事中也可以見到她的勢力有時會製造孩兒來取得孩子）。但她的宗教勢力也會接受成人和志願者加入。
瑪洛肯是孤兒或是私生子嗎？你提出了很好的論點（所以我就不打算在這說他的背景故事了）。也許他最初選這條路是因為他喜歡成為一個治癒師多於一個戰士。又或是可能他被吸引去奉獻自己的生命給一種比自己的部落更為偉大的東西？又或是他看到他們多酷炫所以也想加入他們？
基本上，我不會很黑白分明地去想她的勢力，因為我覺得這勢力是由有著各種各樣的加入原因的人所組成的。而我覺得麗珊卓足夠聰明，她不會只收某一類的人。史瓦妮部族的寒冰祭司很明顯地是「壞傢伙」，但我會說在阿安（譯註：Anthony，短篇故事《深淵之眼》的作者）的故事裡的寒霜守衛是英雄。我想在阿麗的勢力中一定有某些元素是邪惡的，但如果我們讓他們變得太過邪惡，這就會變得不真實了。而讓那些被遺棄的孩子有個歸所，對她來說似乎是雙贏。
我不能說是不是最後故事都會如此發展。Riot總是常常改變這些東西，而我感覺我在我們的發展方向上肯定是沒甚麼話語權的。（在故事、角色或是遊戲都是）

等等，所以你說麗珊卓的勢力會收留任何把自己獻給她的人，不論他們的背景是甚麼？還有，麗珊卓有甚麼操縱手法或是秘密來讓她的人忠於她嗎？麗珊卓又是否還算得上戰爭之母？
有關於此，史瓦妮和艾希是否也在做一樣的事？她們都不論背景的接納任何與她們有共同信念的人嗎？
史瓦妮接納任何和她有同樣信念以及支持她的領導的人，而艾希接納任何視她為艾伐洛森轉世、而且認為她才是正當領袖的人？所以她們這三個領袖的部落中都各自有著不一樣的人？
…想想就覺得這真是個很棒的概念呢…

我想在麗珊卓的勢力裡是有非常嚴格的挑選過程來晉升到高位階（秘密都在這些位階裡），但在低位階來說，加入的唯一要求就是願意為她工作以及對她展示忠誠（即是說，成為一個詩班小男孩等級的階級是很容易的，要成為一個修士就更為困難一點，而能晉升為樞機主教等級的階級就非常罕有且困難了）
麗珊卓不是戰爭之母。但她的勢力中的權力架構，以及她對於忠誠和階級制度的理解還是來自於她那弗雷爾卓德文化的觀念。
艾希致力於收納任何的部落。她的理想是把整個弗雷爾卓德變成一個統一的部落。她甚至願意接受阿麗的宗教勢力的成員，還有各種古神。她未必會相信這所有人...但她知道要是她想統一這些人的追隨者，就必須接納他們。
史瓦妮則跟從舊有的方式。她想要收納最強的部落，她也相信部落要存活下去，某程度上就是得捕獵那些比他們弱的部落。她更加偏向保護和提拔那些與她相近的人。

1. The cult wants iceborn children and we know that most people there are iceborn, but they also take non-iceborn children. Why? Would such children posess different gifts? Like having the potential to be a vedmah(oracle) or a frost mage?
2. Would you say that the if a non-iceborn mother has a child out of wedlock and seeks refuge at the citadel, she would be taken in? Or only her iceborn child?
3. Nunu talked about meeting Lissandra, would you say that most children meet her or just the ones she has special interest in?

When I was working on the worldbuilding for this, I assumed Lissy was from the matriarchal, child-centric, culture of the Freljord. And though she was creating something new with her cult (a new religion) her point of view was still from within that society. So her motivations, world view, and religion reflect that culture and her somewhat rightfully paranoid point of view.
In a way her religion has its own rules, ranks and orders outside of the old culture. But it was built from that culture of oathsworn and valuing children above all.
So yeah. She created a place for the orphans and the unwanted (and as Nunu shows her cult sometimes creates orphans to get children.) But the cult also takes adults and volunteers.
Was Maalcrom orphan or a bastard? there's a good argument there. (i.e. I'm not going to reveal his backstory.) Maybe he originally choose that path because he liked the idea of being a healer more than being a warrior. Or was he attracted to the notion of a life devoted to something larger than his tribe? Or maybe he saw how badass they were and wanted in on that?
Basically I don't think of her cult in black or white terms, because I think it's made of a lot of people with a lot of different reasons for being there. And I think she's too smart to only collect certain people. The frost priests in Sejuani's tribe are pretty clearly "baddies." But I would argue the frostguard in Ant's story are heroes. I think there are elements in Lissy's cult that have to be evil, but if we let it get too evil it wouldn't be realistic. And providing a place for lost children seems like a win-win for her.
I can't say if any of this will pan out.
Riot changes stuff all the time and I certainly don't feel like have much say in the directions we take. (In lore, character, or games.)
But I can say your analysis of what I was doing is correct. (mostly)

Wait, so you're saying that Lissandra's cult takes in anyone who pledges themselves to her cause, no matter the background? Also, does Lissandra use a bit of manipulation or secrecy to make sure her people remain loyal to her or no? And is Lissandra still called a warmother?
In that regard, does Sejuani and Ashe kind of do the same thing? They both take in people who share their beliefs, no matter their background?
Sejuani accepts anyone who shares her views and supports her leadership, and Ashe accepts anyone sees her as the reincarnation of Avarosa and thinks she is the rightful ruler? So all three of the leaders have many different kinds of people within their tribe?
... That's kind of a cool concept when you think about it actually...

I think there is a very selective process to get into the higher levels of the cult (where secrets reside) but for the lower levels the barrier for entry is probably just a willingness to work and show of loyalty. (i.e. getting to be a the level of a choir boy level pretty easy. Friar level a bit harder, Getting to beCcardinal level --rare and hard.)
Lissandra is not called a warmother. But the power structure of her cult and her understanding of loyalty and hierarchy still comes from her freljordian cultural POV.
Ashe is dedicated to taking in all sorts of tribes. Her vision to turn all of the freljord into one united tribe. She's even open to having both members of lissy's cult and the old gods. She may not trust all of them... but she knows she has to accept them if she wants to unite their followers.
Sejuani follows the old ways. She wants the strongest tribe and believes that a tribe survives in part by preying on tribes weaker than her own. She's more about protecting and elevating the people close to her.
